Good Quality Plastic Nozzle - Concealed Fire Sprinkler – Minshan Detail:

Working principle:

1. Concealed fire sprinkler head, the main medium is water, in order to protect the performance of the sprinkler head, the inlet of the sprinkler head can be equipped with a filter.
2. Concealed firefighting sprinklers, if the firefighting sprinklers extinguish liquid fires, water foam can be added to the water to improve the fire extinguishing effect.
3. Concealed fire sprinklers, fire sprinklers should be inspected at least quarterly after installation, and the dirt on the filter cover should be removed and washed. If the water quality is turbid and there are debris, it should be removed and washed once a month to ensure smooth water flow.

Specification:

MODEL	Nominal Diameter	Thread	Flow Rate	K Factor	Style
ZSTDY	DN15	R1/2	80±4	5.6	concealed fire sprinkler
ZSTDY	DN20	R3/4	115±6	8.0	concealed fire sprinkler

How to use:

The cover of the concealed fire sprinkler is welded to the thread with fusible metal, the melting point is 57 degrees. Therefore, in the event of a fire, when the temperature rises, the cover is first detached, and when the temperature rises to 68 degrees again (generally a sprinkler), the glass tube bursts and the water flows. Therefore, the most taboo of the concealed fire sprinkler head is that the cover is covered with paint and oil paint, which will cause malfunction.
