We have the workshops for casting system, water supply system, sprinkler system, fire hose system, fire hydrant box system and fire extinguisher system. also have two trading company with Im&Ex right.
The workshop for fire water supply system,covers an area of more than 50 acres, mainly including indoor hydrant, outdoor hydrant, fire nozzle workshops.there are another 20 acres under planing,we wil use these area to build a R & D technology center, smart breakable fire hydrant workshop,spraying workshop.

Old Plant Workshop
The fire sprinkler workshop covers an area of 50 acre and has been used for more than 30 acre. It is mainly used for the production of sprinklers, water flow switch and gate valves. The new plant will be used as the sprinklers production workshop for international market.

Fire Hose Workshop
The fire hose factory covers an area of 7,000 square meters. It has 60 unites circular loom machine, 9 units parallel machine, 3 units twisting machine, pressure test machine, powerful machines and other automated production equipments and testing equipments. It is mainly used for the production of fire hose and agricultural hose.
Casting Workshop
The casting plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters. It has more than 60 sets of equipments.Including medium frequency induction furnace, sand processing equipment, shot blasting machine, muller machine, core machine, vertical boxless injection molding machine, also have the dust cleaning equipment. It is expected to produce 8000T of plumbing fittings and 2000T of mechanical accessories.
Fire Extinguisher Workshop
Fire extinguisher project has a total investment of 3million us dollars and covers an area of more than 10 acres. It can produce 8,000 fire extinguishers per day and a monthly production capacity of 200,000pcs. This is Nanan's first highly automated fire extinguisher production workshop. In order to make this new project bigger and stronger, We also set up a subsidiary, Fujian Minshan Fire&Security Technology Co., Ltd. to operate independently.
The workshop covering an area of more than 7,000 square meters, the workers are busy in an orderly manner. The production of dry powder, the manufacture of the bottom cover, the forming of the barrel, and the spray packaging are highly automated throughout, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
